Jinsheng(JS) fiber cement board use high quality Portland cement, SiO2 admixtures, fine quartz sand, two layer high strength glass fiber cloth, Inorganic substances and Inorganic adhesive, formed by high pressure production line. 100% without asbestos, non-poisonous, odorless, non-ignitable, no-explosion, good thermal protection and heat isolation, good for deep processing and convenient in construction.

Jinsheng(JS) fiber cement board is used for our own house project, and also for our bulk sale customers, now was exported to many countries, and with a lot of new developed productes based on our fiber cement board, such as our wood imitation cladding wall board, special high strengthed floor backer board. For normal fiber cement board, we can also do deep processing, such as SIP panel, lamination board.

1. Fire proof

2. High moisture proof

High moisture proof which can adapt to island environment. Through the experiments, the softening coefficient almost is zero. So even the boards totally wet, once left water and dry naturally, the physical performance of the board won’t change, can be used as normal board. Also because of this performance, our fiber cement board can be used for further production, such as SIP panel, won’t effect the performance by wet materials during production.

3. Easy construction.

Compared to silicate board, if require same fireproof level, fiber cement board thinner than calcium silicate board. It is light, so convenient for moving, transportation, and easy construction. Especially in ceiling construction.

The flexurable performance is good, can be used to modelled difference shape easily during construction.

3. Large using scale

It can be used for office, school, dwelling(living room, kitchen ), bank, airport, station, hospital, factory, department store, exhibition hall, KTV, cinema, restaurant, ballroom, public places, big or small conference hall, vehicle and ship.
