JS Somatic aerated hollow lightweight partition wall panel is manufactured by adopting several inorganic materials after chemical reaction. It has a history of more than 100 years in Euro. Since Onekin Green Panel is lightweight, the installation is very fast. Two skilled workers a pair can finish about 50m²/day, shortening construction period and labor cost. Lightweight characteristic also benefits the load of the foundation.

The thermal conductivity for Onekin Green Panel is 0.1739W/m.k, so the wall system is good heat insulation. Information from our S.Korean customer, because of adopting Onekin Green Panel, the energy-saving rate is more than 85%.

Onekin Green Panel is excellent fireproof wall panel. The main raw material MGO itself is fireproof.

For 100mm, TUV test report, standard BS 476 Part 22:1987, passed 132mins, qualified.

4. Resistance to insects and termites, also resistance to growth of mold and mildew.

5. Easy and fast construction

Tongue and groove side can speed our work for construction, and because our panel can be cut easily for correct size for doors and windows and corners, this can also speed a lot of our construction work.

6. Heat insulation and energy saving

Thermal conductivity is about 0.17w/mºK, while cement panel is 0.66q/mºk.

7. Sound insulation

8. Green and no harm to human body

The raw materials for our panel are green and no harm, and the finished panel also be tested no harm to human body, we got Singarpore green lable which is very serious.

9. Save the cost of architecture

Much lighter weight than cement board, gypsum board,SIP panel, so can save the structure and base cost of the architecture, enlarge the living area of the architecture finished.

Fast construction can aslo save the cost, such as labore and bank cost, short the construction period and project managment cost.

And, the wall surface is flat enough after install our panel, can putty directly without motar, whcih also can save materials and labor cost.
